By completing and submitting the registration form on this site you will be able to access extra Community Services like Newsletters. By doing so, you will be providing The Elmira Bulldogs with certain data.

6. Jurisdiction

This user agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws within the United States and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts of the United States.

7. Severance

If any provision(s) of the user agreement is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

8. Waiver

The Elmira Bulldogs's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the user agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by The Elmira Bulldogs in writing.
